If you’d like to request a return, exchange, or store credit, please email us at hello@lovelurra.com within 30 days of your purchase. We may ask you to send back the unused portion so we can learn what went wrong and keep improving.
As a small, handcrafted business, we typically offer store credit or exchanges for returned items. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, we’re happy to provide a full refund. Just reach out and we’ll take care of you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved for a faulty or damaged product, we will not deduct return shipping costs, as you shouldn’t have to pay for something that wasn’t right to begin with.
