Comfrey Root is an anti-inflammatory that has been shown to reduce pain and swelling of muscles and joints.

Avocado Oil has been shown to improve the appearance of dry, damaged, and chapped skin while reducing inflammation.

1. Burn the candle until the wax pool melts all the way across.

2. Blow out the flame and test the temperature. If the oil is too hot, wait a few minutes.

3. Pour the desired amount of oil into your hands or on your partners’ back and massage away!

Note: To prevent soot, keep wick trimmed to 1/4th of an inch.

Caution: Never leave your candle burning unattended.
